Despite everything Doflamingo x Reader

“Don’t do it!” you yell as you run towards the four persons on the top-platform. The first one is Monkey D. Luffy. The one next to him is Trafalgar Law. Lying onto the ground is Trébol. But that all doesn’t matter to you. What matters is the last person. The one lying down onto the ground, under the blade of Law’s Nodachi.


Donquixote Doflamingo.


King of Dressrosa, one of the Royal Shichibukai, captain of the Donquixote-pirates and the one who means everything to you.
“Who’s this?” Luffy pants as he stares at you.
“Don’t interrupt!” Law snarls.
“Let go of him! Why are you trying to kill him?!” you angrily hiss in reply running forwards, ignoring his death-glare. You run up to him and grab his hand which is holding his blade. The man hisses in annoyance. He tries to break free so you crouch down, grab Doflamingo and quickly roll over the floor, effectively creating a small distance between the two of you and the threat.
“Why are you even defending him? He’s a… He’s a monster!”
“Shut up! You probably never had someone caring for you!” you bark as you briefly remember how Doflamingo saved you a few years ago. At this, the man’s grey eyes flash up.
“I won’t let you take the person I love the most!”
Law takes a few steps back.
“Torao?” Luffy walks up to the three of you.
“I won’t kill him,” he finally mutters quietly. At this, you feel a bit relieved.
“Either way, Kaidou will kill him for sure! Not to mention the marines are in Dressrosa. And we still don’t know what the Revolutionary Army will do.”
“That doesn’t matter! I’ll protect him!” you bare your teeth at the two before transforming into a full-sized black panther.
“A Devil Fruit?” Luffy asks in surprise.
“Neko Neko No Mi, model: Kurohyou…” you give them one last glance before you start dragging Doflamingo away.



“… Ugh…”
You hear a groan besides you and see Doflamingo slowly starting to move. Even though his sunglasses are broken, you are still unable to see his eyes. Maybe for the better this time?
“____?”
“Idiot!” you angrily punch him.
“Ouch! What’s wrong _____?”
“With everything you do wrong, it’s only natural this would eventually happen!” now you know he’s safe, you’re angst makes place for anger and disappointment.
“Not to mention Kaidou’s going to kill you for sure!”
“Where are we?” he tries his best to sit up.
“Stay down! You’re severely injured! And we’re on my ship, sailing away from that stupid country.”
“The others!”
“Fuck the others Doffy! I’m making sure you’re staying alive!”
“If you’re angry at me, why doing this…”
“….”
“_____?”
“Because despite everything…”
“What?”
“Despite everything, I love you! Have you ever wondered how I would’ve felt if you had left me behind whole alone?!” you start sobbing and burry yourself into his chest.
“Do you know how worried I was as soon as I heard what was going on?”
“_____....”
“I was worried sick, you asshole!”
“I… I’m sorry…”
“Don’t leave me…”
“I won’t…”
And for that moment, you believed him.
